The 60 Day RE:EMPOWER package includes:
Three Consultations (Duration 1 x 1 hour, 2 x 30 minutes) in person or via video call

The RE:EMPOWER journey:
Knowledge is Power
We will start your RE:EMPOWER journey with a longer initial consultation (1 hours) where we will discuss your current symptoms, lifestyle, diet and review of the relevant body systems through targeted questions.
An examination of your eyes (iridology), tongue, face and pulses will be carried out.
Create
Bespoke herbal remedies will be created for you using the information provided and the diagnostics. These could be an herbal tincture, tea and/or powder. A topical application such as a cream, compress, herbal bath or herb infused oils may also be provided to use alongside the internal remedies.
Digest
A personal report will be provided which will include an evaluation, protocols on how to take the remedies and any diet and lifestyle advice in line with your constitutional type and to bring you back into balance.
Review
We will meet every four weeks during the programme where we will discuss your progress and adjust the herbal remedies if necessary to ensure you are always on the best treatment on your health journey.
What next?
At the end of the programme we will discuss what we have achieved and next steps. At this point, we may decide to finish treatment or, we may feel that you would benefit from some additional support with our SUPPORT or SUSTAIN packages. These are stand alone packages on a monthly or quarterly basis which include a consultation, all herbal remedies and postage.

The fee for the RE:EMPOWER package is £675, payable in full or in 2 monthly instalments.

The standalone packages SUPPORT and SUSTAIN are for ongoing support or maintenance. They can also be used for a one-off situations like a cold, virus, toothache to help you recover quicker.
SUPPORT
A monthly or one-off package to support you if required following the EMPOWER or RE:EMPOWER programmes or as a one-off treatment for an acute condition such as a virus or a toothache.
The SUPPORT package includes:
One Consultation (30 minutes) via video call
All Herbal Remedies (1 batch) including postage (via Royal Mail within the UK)
All relevant advice and resources
All preparation and administration to support the above
SUSTAIN
A quarterly maintenance programme for when your treatment has been completed and you would like to continue with herbal remedies at lower doses to keep you ticking over.
The SUSTAIN package includes:
One Consultation (30 minutes) via video call
All Herbal Remedies (1 batch) including postage (via Royal Mail within the UK)
All relevant advice and resources
All preparation and administration to support the above.
The fee for the SUPPORT or SUSTAIN package is £275.
Supplements and specialist support are not included in these packages and can be purchased as an add on separately.
