These terms apply specifically to the "Herbal Discovery Package" and are designed exclusively for new clients who have not previously booked a consultation or package with our practice.

It is important that you read these Terms and Conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are unhappy with so we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without future reference to you. Eligibility and Booking
New Clients Only: The Herbal Discovery Package is limited to first-time clients. Existing or returning clients are not eligible to book this introductory offer.
Booking and Payment: Full payment for the Herbal Discovery Package is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Availability: This package is subject to the practitioner's availability and may be withdrawn or altered at any time without prior notice.
The Mini Consultation (20 minutes)
Focus: The 20-minute Mini Consultation is designed to address one single, specific, non-complex health goal or question. It is an introductory assessment, not a comprehensive health intake.
Scope: It does not include a full health history review, dietary analysis, or deep dive into chronic or complex conditions. Clients wishing to discuss multiple or complex issues must book a full Empower package.
Time Limit: The consultation will adhere strictly to the 20-minute timeframe.
The Herbal Remedy Drops
Customisation: The included herbal remedy is personalised based on the information gathered during the 20-minute Mini Consultation.
Supply: The package includes a single, small bottle of the formulated remedy (tincture). No refills or further remedies are included in this package price.
Safety: The client must truthfully disclose all current medications, known allergies, and existing medical conditions during the Mini Consultation. The practitioner reserves the right to decline supplying a remedy if a potential contraindication is identified.
Commitment and Next Steps
No Obligation: Booking the Herbal Discovery Package does not obligate the client to purchase a full package or subsequent consultation.
Empower Package Recommendation: For comprehensive health planning or addressing chronic issues, the practitioner will recommend booking an Empower Package following the Herbal Discovery Package.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Herbal Discovery Package consultation, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your booked appointment time.
Full Charge Policy: Cancellations, rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of the full package fee. No refund will be issued, and the client will incur the full charge.
Refunds (General): Refunds are generally not offered once the booking is confirmed, except at the practitioner's sole discretion.
