My Naturopathic Journey

You might say herbalism is in my blood.  The story goes that my great-great grandmother was known for her home-made remedies and was secretly referred to as the witch of the village in her local community.

My journey to being a Naturopath & Herbal Medicine practitioner doesn’t start in the small Welsh mining town where my ancestor practised but with a career in Chemistry where I obtained a Masters in Analytical Chemistry and then went on to become a Chartered Accountant. As I navigated my way, I was lucky to live and work in some exciting places in the world from the snowy French Alps to the sunny Caribbean.

It has been a rewarding and often tough road.

As the months & years passed I worked increasingly longer hours and felt that I was under  constant stress my body & mind suffered  - digestive problems, fatigue, anxiety, hormonal issues – I knew it was time to make a change.

Studying Naturopathy & Herbalism opened my eyes to how to look after myself through lifestyle, diet and plant power, it has changed my life and health!
I am passionate about empowering and educating clients, supporting their own journey to wellbeing just as I did for me!
